Wedding Photography Service and Packages

While capturing the essential elements of your day, I’ll be constantly on the look-out for those spontaneous moments that make your wedding unique and memorable.

My service to you includes …

Initial consultation meeting

As part of the booking process, we’ll meet to go over the details of your day, expectations for the photography – including ensuring I’m the right photographer for you – and a simple contract.

I’ll visit your venue(s) in advance of your wedding day to study the lighting conditions and plan out the best locations for formal pictures. I’ll be in touch with (and where possible meet) officiants or venue coordinators in advance to ensure every aspect of they photography goes smoothly.

‘Digital darkroom’ processing on every picture you receive

I want the pictures you see to look the best they possibly can. I give attention to detail in every picture, carefully checking brightness, colour balance, sharpness, crop, and many other aspects – including image-by-image retouching. Editing is an art form itself. I’ll spend three to four working days just on the editing of your wedding pictures.

Wedding Day Coverage

However long you book me for on your wedding day, I’ll be attentive throughout your day, working hard to capture the planned and unplanned moments, and observant for the little details that make your day special.

High resolution digital pictures of your day

wedding prints usbYou’ll receive digital copies (on a premium USB stick and optional online gallery) of your pictures: both a high resolution copy, free from watermarks, suitable for making your own prints, as well as a screen resolution copy for you to share on social media. I typically provide around 400 from seven to ten hours coverage; plenty to tell the story of your day.

Pre-wedding ‘engagement’ on-location photoshoot

Before your big day, we meet for an informal couple photoshoot. Not only will you get some great pictures, but we’ll get to know and work with each other – meaning you’ll get better, more relaxed, pictures on your wedding day.

Wedding Book

You can choose to pre-order a printed wedding book at the time of booking.  I offer superior books with pictures of your day that look stunning and will last lifetimes. These ‘magazine style’ albums have the images printed directly onto high quality 800 gsm pages using archival quality inks and the best possible photo paper (Kodak Endura Professional and Fujicolor Digital Archive Pearl). Each book is individually designed, and standard prices include 20 spreads.

No hidden costs

The price agreed when you sign the contract is the price you’ll pay; there are no hidden extras and you’ll be protected from future price increases.

Wedding Photography Prices

I’m able to offer a range of coverage and prices dependent on your requirements and timing. My most popular package is 10 hours, which is typically sufficient to cover bridal preparations through to the first half-hour of dancing. This would cost £1350 on peak dates, or £1775 with a pre-ordered 12″ × 12″ (30 cm × 30 cm) boxed printed wedding book.  Shorter or off-peak bookings can be substantially less. Contact me for further details and a full price list.
